**Minimum Age:** Drivers must be at least 21 years of age at time of rental. Young drivers aged 21-24 are accepted with no surcharge.

**Driving Licence:** A valid driving licence held for at least 1 year is required. International Driving Permits are accepted. Licences from all countries are accepted.

**Documents Required:** Valid passport or national identity card, driving licence, and booking confirmation email. No credit card is required.

**Additional Drivers:** One additional driver is permitted free of charge. Additional drivers must also meet the above requirements and be present at vehicle handover.

Included in All Rentals:

All insurance is included in the advertised price. There are no hidden fees or optional extras you're pressured to buy. What you see is what you pay.

**Like for Like:** All vehicles are delivered with a specific fuel level (usually full or 3/4 full). You return the car with the same fuel level. There is no prepaid fuel charge.

If you return the vehicle with less fuel than received, a refuelling charge of 120 MAD (~$12) plus the cost of fuel will apply.

IMPORTANT — Please Read Carefully:

After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking reference.

**3 days before your arrival**, we will send you a confirmation email. **You must reply to this email** to confirm your plans.

If you do not reply to the 3-day confirmation email, your booking will be cancelled and no car will be waiting for you at the airport. We cannot be held responsible for cancelled bookings where the confirmation email was not answered.

We recommend adding info@ounizzcars.com to your safe senders list to avoid the email going to spam.

**Free Cancellation:** Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

**Late Cancellation (under 48 hours):** We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee of 50 USD / 50 EUR for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, as we will have prepared the vehicle and staffed the delivery.

**No Show:** If you do not show up and have not cancelled, the full booking amount may be charged.

To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or contact us via phone or WhatsApp.

**Unlimited Mileage:** All rentals include unlimited mileage. Drive as far as you like within Morocco — no per-kilometre charges.

**Geographic Limits:** Vehicles may not be taken outside Morocco without prior written permission. Taking a vehicle across the border without permission voids the insurance.

In the event of an accident or damage, you must:

1. Contact us immediately on our emergency number (+212 663 697 111)

2. Contact the police if another vehicle or person is involved

3. Not admit liability or make any payments to third parties

4. Complete and return the accident report form

Our vehicles are fully insured. As long as you follow the above steps, you will not be personally liable for repair costs.

**No deposit or credit card required.** OunizzCars operates without requiring any upfront payment, credit card hold, or cash deposit.

Payment can be made in cash (MAD, EUR, USD) or by bank transfer at the time of vehicle handover. We also accept PayPal and card for advance payment if preferred.
